Provides high quality, free, civil legal services and community education for people to protect their livelihoods, their health, and their families.

Mercy provides quality, integrated healthcare for all ages with a focus on the underserved. This includes primary care, behavioral and mental health services like counseling and psychiatry, chronic disease management and care coordination, which includes assistance finding medical specialists and access to social services and basic needs. They offer a sliding scale, self-pay program to assist the uninsured and underinsured.

Community Helpers of Rutherford County
Community Helpers is a non-profit, United Way partner whose purpose is to provide emergency financial assistance to residents of Rutherford County. We help with utilities, rent, medicine, and referrals.
Coordinated Entry
Program for homeless families seeking shelter options. For families with at least one child or a pregnant woman who is at least 29 weeks pregnant (3rd trimester). When a neighbor calls this line, they will directed to Metro Social Services who will conduct an interview. The neighbor’s name can then be entered into the CE system and be drawn out of system to be on a wait list for a family shelter depending on availability. CE does not make direct referrals to family shelters. Visit the website link for more information.
Metro Action Commission
Helps with energy payments to energy providers/companies for natural gas, electric and other energy sources. Helps with rent, water, mortgage, property taxes, rental deposits, prescriptions and prescribed food/medical equipment. Has GED/HiSet Exam Preparation Classes and College Entry Assistance. Has Summer Meals for Children and Youth and meals for after school programs.

Emergency rent and mortgage assistance to Davidson County Residents.
The Family Center of Maury County
Provides rent and utility assistance, assistance in finding housing for homeless and disabled persons, eye glasses and medication assistance, and has a food pantry. For Maury County residents only.
