- The 2026 Church Appreciation Breakfast was wonderful! It was a great morning of fellowship with local church leaders. We’re so grateful for our church partners and their faithfulness to God’s Kingdom. We are stronger together.
What We Shared
If you missed the breakfast, here’s a recap of what we shared:
- We increased our fresh produce budget based on feedback from our Project Impact findings.
- We’ve strengthened warm handoffs to trusted partners who can walk alongside neighbors on their journey from crisis to long-term transformation.
- We’re working to formally partner with five key organizations to build a collaborative network of stabilizing support.
- We’re very close to securing a permanent location where we’ll own rather than lease.
Project Impact
During the breakfast, we also shared neighbor testimonies and how we could link arms in greater ways with churches as we transform our community.
In our Project Impact findings, we learned that neighbors who come to GraceWorks are getting so much more than financial relief. They shared that they experience less anxiety, they sleep better, and they have more hope for the future—not only because of the help they’ve received, but also because of the dignity and compassion they felt at GraceWorks. It made them feel like their community cared and they weren’t alone. Neighbors also shared a hunger for faith and spiritual guidance!
People are searching for genuine love and kindness. This quote has been encouraging me so much lately:

What a beautiful invitation we get to bring to others: hope in Jesus through the unity of one church, one spirit.

- Pray for us. Pray that GraceWorks will submit to God’s plan, provision, and wisdom.

- Support upcoming events. Attend, volunteer, spread the word.
